When can I return an item?
Returns are possible only for unopened and unused products - for hygienic and legal reasons.

- Request submission time: Within 14 business days of receiving the product
- Product condition: Closed, undamaged, in original packaging
- Refund: Full, within 14 business days of receiving the product
- Refund method: Credit to the original payment method
- Return shipping cost: Borne by the customer, unless the product was received damaged or incorrect
Return Process - 4 simple steps
- Contact us by email at returns@folix.co.il with order details and reason for return
- Receive return approval and shipping details from us
- Pack the product in its original packaging, closed and undamaged
- Ship to the return address:

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you received a damaged or different product than ordered:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment
- Send photos of the product and packaging to our email
- We will replace the product free of charge + refund shipping cost if applicable
Order Cancellation Before Shipping
Orders can be canceled free of charge until shipped. After shipment, the regular return policy applies.
Frequently Asked Questions
I bought a 6-month kit, only one product was opened - can I return the rest?
Yes. You can return only the unopened products from the kit. We will refund their proportional price within the kit.
I opened the product and found it unsuitable - what should I do?
Unfortunately, opened products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. We recommend using the diagnostic questionnaire before purchase to ensure suitability.
The shipment arrived damaged - what do I do?
Do not open the product. Take photos of the packaging and product and send them to returns@folix.co.il within 48 hours. We will replace it free of charge.
